With over 13 years of experience, Dr. Sneha Naik has spent her career helping patients feel confident in their smiles and genuinely cared for in the dental chair. Her journey in healthcare began long before dental school—rooted in a deep desire to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
A Strong Foundation in Healthcare and Dentistry
Dr. Naik graduated with highest honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earning a degree in Public Health. Her academic achievements and passion for community wellness led her to pursue dentistry at one of the most respected programs in the country: the NYU College of Dentistry, where she graduated in 2012.
She went on to complete a rigorous General Practice Residency at Woodhull Medical Center in Brooklyn, which she finished in 2013. This invaluable training exposed her to a wide variety of dental cases, advanced techniques, and diverse patient needs—experiences that continue to shape her comprehensive and compassionate approach today.

Dr. Naik believes that excellent dentistry begins with trust. Known for her warm personality and calm, friendly chairside manner, she takes the time to get to know every patient as a whole person—not just their teeth. Her goal is to ensure every visit is relaxed, transparent, and tailored to each individual’s needs and goals.
She prioritizes clear communication, using easy-to-understand explanations and thoughtful guidance to empower patients to make informed decisions about their oral health. While she has been part of various professional memberships throughout her career, she now prefers to focus fully on patient care, continuing education, and leading her practice with authenticity and intention.

Dr. Naik, originally from North Carolina, has made Illinois her home for the past ten years. As the leader of a female-led dental practice, she is dedicated to creating an environment where her team feels valued, motivated, and empowered. She believes that when a practice feels positive and uplifting behind the scenes, patients feel that same warmth the moment they walk through the door.

When she isn’t caring for patients, Dr. Naik is a dedicated mom to two energetic boys who keep her smiling and constantly on her toes. Family time is her greatest joy—whether they’re exploring the outdoors, playing sports together, or simply enjoying a relaxed evening at home.
She also loves reading, staying active, and spending time outside. And a fun fact many patients don’t know: She was just one belt away from earning a black belt in Taekwondo!
